Return Merchandise Policy
- Goods sold are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable due to the following reasons:
- A couple scenes in the merchandise were lost due to legal censorship and/or the picture/sound quality does not meet your expectation.
- There are scratches on the merchandise and it might not play well after a while.
- Buyer is responsible to make sure your Audio and Video system compatibility to play VCD or DVD before placing an order. PMP-entertainment.com does not responsible for merchandise cannot be played in certain systems due to incompatibility of several models of CD, VCD and DVD players.
- PMP-entertainment.com may change the merchandise cover and/or description due to different batch of manufacturing. The merchandise inlay cover might be different as displayed in our web site, but the merchandise content is remaining unchanged.
- PMP-entertainment.com will accept product return only when the total defects duration is more than 3 (three) minutes in the entire merchandise, and defective is caused by minor manufacturing defects.
Defective Merchandise Policy
- If you receive a merchandise that is damaged or defective, please notify us by sending an e-mail to marketing@pmp-entertainment.com within five (5) working days, from the date you received your merchandise. Kindly provide us with your order number and damage description of the merchandise.
- Correspondence made after said period and unauthorized returns will not be entertained.
- PMP-entertainment.com will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for return, as well as instructions for shipping the damaged or defective merchandise to us, once we received your complete information.
- All damaged/defective merchandise must be returned to us with proper and secure pack-up. You are advice to send us your damaged/defective merchandise via a reliable courier provider. PMP-Entertainment.com is not responsible towards missing of damaged/defective merchandise return to us, due to negligence of courier provider or sender.
- We will investigate and check the said damaged/defective merchandise again after receiving it. We will send you a replacement unit via Registered Mail, once we rectified the problem. Else, we will send back the original copy to you.
- Both parties have to bear own shipping costs and other expenses incurred.
- Please allow two (2) to three (3) business weeks to process your damaged/defective merchandise return.
