小新和媽媽上街買菜意外抽中了頭獎，獲得免費招待全家前往遙 遠的不理不理王國，沒想到一家人高興地上了飛機后，卻出現神秘組織白蛇幫派出的人妖意圖綁架小新，小新和爸媽急 忙跳傘降落在業林中，在猴子幫助才逃過一劫，並在火車上認識 了皇室親衛官露露，這才得知長相酷似小新的王子也遭白蛇綁架 ，這時白蛇幫的人追來搶走了小新，原來白蛇幫的老大阿那康達 和手下哈布，為了奪取不理不理王國傳說中的寶藏，必須靠王子 和小新才能打開宮殿之門。

Shinchan and his mum went to the market and accidentally won the first prize. They've won a family trip to the Buri Buri Kingdom. They happily board the plane, but it was disrupted by th eappearance of a mysterious organization, White Snake Gang, whom wanted to kidnap Shinchan. Shinchan and his parents escape from the plane with the help of a parachute and landed in a jungle, then a monkey safe them from danger. Later they discovered that a prince who looks like Shinchan was also kidnapped by the White Snake Gang. Shortly, Shinchan was captured by a member of White Snake Gang. They believe that only Shin Chan and the prince can open the palace door for the treasure in the Buri Buri Kingdom.
